HR Business Partner (OTT Platform)

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support day-to-day HR activities and partner closely with the business on people-related matters, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent employee experience.

Job Description • Oversee and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal and company standards • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, contracts, benefits, and HR systems • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting, ensuring consistency  integrity across systems • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements • Partner with business units and hiring managers to support recruitment needs end-to-end • Coordinate hiring processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience • Support workforce planning and headcount tracking in collaboration with  key stakeholders • Support employee lifecycle activities and contribute to a positive employee experience Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR topics • Monitor & support broader HR initiatives (e.g. performance management, development) as needed • Support employee relations topics, ensuring a fair and consistent approach • Identify and implement improvements in HR processes to enhance efficiency and scalability • Support engagement and culture initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment
