What's expected • Proactively search and source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and research. • Screen CVs, contact candidates, and manage the interview process. • Administer and maintain the CV database for efficient talent tracking. • Organize interviews and assist in candidate selection. • Utilize best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and stay updated on industry trends. • Oversee the collection of necessary hiring documents. • Maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies • Work closely with the HR Director to support various HR functions, including employee relations, staff housing & accommodation, training & development, performance evaluations, HR policies & procedures • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and legal regulations. • Assist in special HR projects and events to enhance employee experience
