HR Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Industrial sector, we are looking for an HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and statutory reporting • Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring external competitiveness, internal equity, and cost effectiveness • Drive the Performance Management framework and support talent development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, HR policies, procedures, and internal governance requirements • Manage employee-related budgets, workforce cost forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives in partnership with Finance • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance consistency, transparency, and operational effectiveness • Ensure effective management of facilities and workplace operations, maintaining a safe and productive working environment • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives in line with business objectives • Cascade and support the implementation of business communications, policies, systems, and Group HR priorities across the organization • Lead, coordinate, and contribute to global HR projects, leveraging project management disciplines, stakeholder engagement, and HR analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes
