HR Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for an HR Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Leads and manages the Human Resources team • Drives and supports organizational integration initiatives, fostering collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing operations • Acts as the primary liaison between employees and management • Manages employee relations and collaborates with employee representatives and labor unions • Monitors and oversees payroll processes • Ensures compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies • Supports leadership on organizational development, change management, and company culture initiatives • Designs, develops, and implements HR policies, processes, and systems • Oversees recruitment, performance management, learning, and talent development activities • Addresses and resolves employee matters, promoting a positive, productive, and engaging work environment
