Position Objective
Provide operational and administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring the effective administration of benefit programs, timely employee support, and the execution of key processes such as internal promotions for direct labor, job mapping, and benefits communication. This role contributes to a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Administer and provide ongoing support for Medical Insurance and Life Insurance policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits‑related questions and guidance.
- Support in enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit plans in coordination with brokers and Compensation and Benefits Manager.
- Support with communication related to benefit updates, renewals, and policy changes.
New Hire Support
- Provide clear and timely benefits information to new hires.
- Support onboarding and orientation sessions related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensure new employees fully understand their benefits from day one.
Compensation & Internal Development Support
- Support job mapping activities, basic role analysis, and job data updates.
- Provide administrative support for internal promotions of direct employees, ensuring process compliance and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate records related to employee movements and changes.
Employee Communication & Service
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, compensation, and internal mobility with clarity and consistency.
- Support the development and distribution of compensation and benefits communication materials.
- Provide ongoing support to HR stakeholders to ensure consistent employee communication.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field..
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and service orientation.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., TRESS) is preferred.
