As part of our commitment to driving growth and innovation, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support one of Eaton's most strategic business initiatives, the CPS (Critical Power Solution) Growth Program.
In this highly visible role, you will act as the dedicated HR Partner for the Growth Program, partnering closely with program leadership and key stakeholders to create and execute the people strategy that enables business expansion, organizational transformation, and long-term success.
As the HR Partner for the CPS Growth Program, you will serve as the trusted advisor on all people-related matters, ensuring that workforce decisions, organizational design, talent acquisition, and change initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with CPS Growth Program leadership to develop and execute the people strategy that enables business growth, organizational transformation, and workforce expansion.
- Build and maintain an HR roadmap aligned with program objectives, milestones, and business priorities, ensuring the successful delivery of key people initiatives.
- Lead workforce planning activities, including headcount forecasting, talent requirements, resource planning, and capability development strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to attract, hire, onboard, and retain the talent required to support growth plans.
- Drive organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communication planning, and employee adoption initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Facilities, Procurement, M&A, and local HR teams to implement people solutions that support business objectives.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, acquisition, integration, outsourcing, and insourcing activities while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by leveraging workforce analytics, identifying organizational risks and opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations on people-related decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
- Fluent in English and Finnish.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor law.
- Legally authorized to work in Finland without company sponsorship.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational capability development.
- Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills across a matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed people decisions.
- High level of ownership, accountability, communication, and execution focus, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
