As HR Technician, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Entering and maintaining employee data in payroll and HR systems (positions, life cycle events)
- Supporting full-cycle hourly recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
- Acting as a resource for employees on HR programs, benefits, and disability management
- Managing payroll-related activities, employment trackers, and short-term disability files
- Supporting workforce planning, training coordination, and maintaining the training matrix
- Coordinating temporary staffing and assisting with employee engagement initiatives
- Responding to HR, payroll, and systems-related inquiries from employees and supervisors
What You Bring
You're a natural fit for HR Technician if you have:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Education in Human Resources (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- A high level of autonomy, discretion, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of employment standards, health & safety regulations, disciplinary procedures, and disability management
