Your role in Tenova:  HR Working student (m/f/d)

Description: 

To support our Human Ressources team, we are looking for an HR Working Student (m/f/d) 
Starting immediately, up to 20 hours per week, in Duisburg

You will take responsibility of the following activities:

• Supporting our HR team in day-to-day operations
• Assisting with recruiting activities (reviewing applications, coordinating interviews)
• Supporting and preparing training sessions for employees
• Preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics
• Taking on HR projects, including document or health management

Required profile:

• Currently enrolled in a related field of study in Germany
• Interest in human resources, ideally with first internship or work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Open-mindedness, initiative, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• A high degree of discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
