Hardware Engineer (m/f/x)

Skeleton is looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Hardware Engineer

to join our Product Development department.

You will design and develop reliable, cost-effective electronics solutions that meet system, safety, manufacturability, and customer requirements throughout the full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities: • Define electronics functionality, requirements, and concepts based on system and customer needs. • Ensure compliance with standards, safety, reliability, and cost targets. • Perform risk, reliability, and redundancy analyses (FMEA, FTA). • Design schematics, PCB layouts, wiring, and connections for mass production. • Select components and conduct simulations, testing, and validation activities. • Support manufacturability, testing, and production documentation (DFM/DFT). • Maintain electronics documentation, test specifications, and technical reports. • Drive product improvements based on testing, customer feedback, and industry trends. • Define end-of-line production test requirements for modules and systems. • Occasionally support customer-facing technical discussions to clarify requirements.
