Head of Business Applications

To lead the company's core enterprise systems, with an immediate, critical focus on the successful implementation and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM). This role is accountable for ensuring that core business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) are successfully digitized and optimized via the Dynamics platform. While driving this initiative, you will also own the long-term digital transformation roadmap, ensuring that all application investments maximize efficiency, mitigate risk, and create market differentiation for HIG in Iraq.
