Your Mission: Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Enablement , you will support the development of and drive the implementation of regional revenue growth and go-to-market initiatives, as well as long-range strategic plans for our Enterprise business. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze Commercial Performance: Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and generate strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
• Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact “big bets” to accelerate revenue growth and increase transacting customers across key segments and markets.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align on goals, share insights, and ensure end-to-end execution of revenue strategy.
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing analytical rigor, scenario modeling, and insight-backed recommendations.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and continuously optimize for impact.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: monitor the FinTech ecosystem, tracking competitor pricing motions, market trends, and shifts in card network (Visa/Mastercard etc) and alternative payment method (APM) costs.
• Pricing: partner with global Pricing team to analyse payment economics, develop pricing models and enforce discounting policies, approval matrices, and commercial frameworks to ensure global consistency.
