We are looking for a Head of Europe Market Supply Operations who is strategic, collaborative, and customer-focused to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-L'alleud, Belgium.

About the role:

You will lead Europe market supply operations, ensuring strong performance across service, cost, and forecast accuracy. You are going to drive distribution excellence, optimize logistics, and support successful product launches. You will strengthen risk management, enhance supply chain capabilities, and ensure operations are aligned with business and commercial priorities while delivering value to patients.

Who you will work with:

You will work closely with global and regional supply chain teams, commercial partners, and external stakeholders. You are going to collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, compliance, and sustainability teams. You will engage with senior leaders and European market teams to align strategies, strengthen operations, and ensure reliable supply across all markets.

What you will do:

• You will lead Europe supply operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• You will be responsible for delivering product launches, lifecycle activities, and key supply chain initiatives.
• You will manage distribution networks, vendor performance, and logistics optimization to improve cost and service levels.
• You will drive demand forecasting, SIOP processes, and inventory governance for informed decision-making.
• You will lead risk management activities to ensure supply continuity across European markets.
• You will foster team development, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement to build a high-performing organization.

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Strong experience in European or global supply chain operations within regulated environments.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, trade compliance, and audit readiness practices.
• Experience managing vendors, logistics networks, and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
