Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across international markets.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Own and improve key performance metrics including CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Build scalable acquisition funnels using audience segmentation, remarketing, automation, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, funnels, creatives, and messaging to maximize campaign performance.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content growth initiatives.
- Drive organic traffic growth through high-performing content and search visibility strategies.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to improve engagement and lead generation.
CRM & Email Automation
- Design and optimize email marketing and automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Improve lead engagement through lifecycle marketing campaigns and automated communication funnels.
- Work closely with admissions and sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Generate actionable insights and performance reports for leadership.
- Forecast budgets, analyze trends, and identify scalable growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor teams across paid media, SEO, content, creative, and web development.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining performance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7β10 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing leadership roles.
- Strong experience managing high-budget paid campaigns and full-funnel acquisition strategies.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience working with international education, edtech, SaaS, D2C, or agency environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and growth metrics.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple departments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of International market targeting.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO techniques.
- Ability to scale campaigns across multiple countries and demographics.
