We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia as part of our new office setup. This role will play a key part in driving HR initiatives and supporting the development of our organizational culture. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for the end-to-end HR Generalist function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. In addition, you will help promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Demonstrated 0→1 experience setting up HR practice for a new entity; experience working with regional or overseas headquarters is a plus. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws. • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace matters. • Work closely with HQ HRBP and leadership to establish company SOPs and workforce planning for the new office setup. • Support local leadership on talent mapping and company expansion initiatives. • Collaborate with HQ HR team to align HR practices with global company policies and strategic direction. • Liaise with relevant Saudi government authorities and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Ministry of Interior (via Absher & Muqeem platforms), Qiwa Platform, Mudad Platform. • Partner with leadership to identify and implement talent management and development strategies. • Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
