Qualix DOO Beograd is the company behind Adrian Magnus, a fast-growing premium cigar brand building an international presence across the United States and European Union. As we continue to expand, we need more than a Head of Sales — we need a sales architect. Someone who can lead our online B2B Sales Agent team in Serbia and manage remote teams across the US and EU, transforming them into a precision engine for global growth. Working directly with our CEO, you will own the full cycle: from pipeline strategy and outbound cadences to team coaching and revenue reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability and has the track record to prove it. Key Responsibilities • International B2B Development • Identify, develop, and successfully onboard new B2B partners across the US and EU through highly targeted and structured outbound calling strategies.

• Lead and Manage B2B Sales Teams • Build, mentor, and oversee online and field B2B sales agents. Set performance targets, monitor activities, review reports, coach underperforming team members, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

• Sales Process Architecture • Build and continuously refine the full sales cycle: scripts, CRM workflows, outreach cadences, and conversion sequences.

• Strategic CEO Partnership • Work in close alignment with our CEO to shape growth strategy, surface market insights, and co-develop new initiatives.

• Pipeline & Revenue Reporting • Own the sales dashboard — forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven iteration to optimise what works.

• Strategic Distributor Relationships • Build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key distributors to support market expansion and revenue growth.
