About the ClientOur client is an innovative, fast growing European biotech brand specializing in premium LED phototherapy and skincare technology devices. They are expanding rapidly across international markets including Europe, the US, and upcoming entries into Mexico, Brazil, and the UAE. About the RoleWe are seeking a high caliber, strategic, and hands on Head of Marketing to architect, build, and scale our marketing department from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will inherit a lean team of execution specialists (social media, graphic design, customer service) This is not a role for a "superstar" supervisor who only looks at dashboards; we need an entrepreneurial leader with a startup mindset who loves getting their hands dirty in the marketing "architecture" before delegating. You will have immense autonomy to manage budgets, define multi country strategies, and transition the department from 100% execution to a mature, process-driven growth machine. Key Responsibilities• Build out standard operating procedures (SOPs), marketing processes, and a clear strategic roadmap to structure the department. • Expand the brand's acquisition footprint beyond current Google Shopping baselines into Google Search, YouTube, programmatic advertising, and localized influencer campaigns. • Take direct, tactical ownership of the execution when necessary. This includes rolling up your sleeves to actively build, manage, and optimize campaigns within Google Ads and SEO/Paid Search frameworks during transitional team growth phases. • Plan and deploy targeted marketing strategies optimized for European consumer nuances while prepping frameworks for US expansion and LATAM entries. • Revamp and execute automated email marketing flows and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). • Provide leadership and direction to internal creatives and digital freelancers, with the freedom to recruit, hire, and scale the team as revenue grows. • Take complete ownership of the marketing budget, setting clear KPIs, tracking data (Google Analytics/Semrush), and reporting performance directly to the founders.
