We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own our marketing function end-to-end and build the growth engine that takes us to the next stage. This is a growth-first role. You'll own the full funnel β from how prospects find us to how they convert, expand, and stay. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll turn marketing into a predictable, measurable growth machine across Europe, MENA and US. π What You'll Be Doing
β’ Own growth. Build and scale a growth engine across paid, SEO, content, email, and lifecycle β obsessed with pipeline, CAC, LTV, and conversion at every stage of the funnel. β’ Drive demand. Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across Europe, MENA and US. β’ Run experiments. Design, launch, and measure growth experiments weekly. Double down on what works, kill what doesn't, move on. β’ Own content & SEO. Turn content into a compounding growth channel β blog, LinkedIn, case studies, thought leadership β all engineered for search and conversion. β’ Measure everything. Set up the reporting, dashboards, and attribution to know exactly what's driving pipeline β and act on it fast. β’ Partner with sales. Work closely with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline generation β and make sure every MQL converts. β’ Shape the brand. Define how we look, sound, and feel β because in B2B, brand is the quietest but most powerful growth lever. β’ Build the team. Start hands-on, then hire and grow a marketing team as pipeline scales.
