Job Overview We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Head of Operations for our European operations to lead and manage business activities across the European Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and developing effective strategies across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across operations, marketing, compliance, product development, and cross-functional teams. They should understand product offerings, dealing operations, and support the launch of new products, including real stocks offerings, while identifying market opportunities, representing the company externally, and building strong internal capabilities.
Main Responsibilities • Develop and execute growth strategies for the European business, aligned with overall company objectives. • Lead and oversee the CySEC-regulated entity, ensuring efficient operations across key departments and driving continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Product, IT, Compliance, Marketing, Dealing and other business functions to ensure operational alignment and delivery of business objectives. • Oversee and optimise operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance. • Ensure regulatory obligations, reporting requirements, and compliance standards are met in collaboration with the Compliance function. • Support the evolution of trading platforms, products, and systems in line with business strategy and customer needs. • Drive the launch and development of new products and services, including real stocks offerings, ensuring operational readiness. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and key stakeholders. • Manage budgets, optimise operational expenses, and oversee relevant commercial and marketing initiatives. • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks to enhance efficiency, governance, and employee experience. • Improve collaboration and communication between business and support functions to maximise operational effectiveness. • Provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to the Chief Operations Officer and management team on key initiatives and performance. • Lead strategic projects and long-term operational improvement initiatives. • Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage ad-hoc projects as required.
