The Head of Product Design ensures that Prop Firm Match’s product experience is intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-driven, translating business goals and user needs into a clear, scalable design vision across all platforms. This role owns the full product design lifecycle — from product thinking and user research to UX flows, UI execution, and design systems — ensuring every interaction supports trader trust, product clarity, and measurable business outcomes. Acting as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership, this role builds a design culture that balances usability, speed, and high-impact execution.
