What you’ll do:
This role represents the Head of Production, responsible for leading and developing the production department while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The position oversees manufacturing operations, capacity planning, technology integration, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
"Personnel management and development of employees
Optimization and continuous improvement of processes in cooperation with other organizational functions
Integration of new technologies into production: manipulators, cable assembly, water‑jet cutting, ePlan, torque monitoring and traceability
Overall responsibility for manufacturing quality and operator self‑inspection
Capacity planning and adjustment to current demand
Monitoring compliance with employee protection legislation and specific Eaton environmental and safety regulations and codes of conduct (Safety First)
Creation and review of bills of materials and work plans (specific)
Fulfillment of Eaton Business System requirements within the responsible area
Deployment of the Eaton Continuous Improvement System
Fulfillment of quality and management system requirements
Cost and performance management of manufacturing in cooperation with production controlling
Raising awareness among all employees regarding ethical guidelines, values and philosophies
Technical support for project planning and field sales
Coordination of service activities for sales
Lower section:
Zero‑accident culture; knowledge of BPI; near‑miss culture; safety officer
Employee training on safety topics in line with the zero‑accident culture (every incident is one too many)

Prevention of CO₂ emissions from the CO₂ process
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001
MESH category 10; occupational health protection; responsible person for first‑aid kits"
Qualifications:
Technical education (Apprenticeship, secondary technical school)
At least 3 years experience
Skills:
"Strong understanding of LVSA architecture and components, system design, manufacturing constraints
Knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes
Familiarity with engineering tools (e.g., EPLAN Electric P8) is an advantage"
