The role We are seeking a bold, collaborative, and commercially driven Head of Travel Partnerships for the LAC to shape and deliver our regional strategy for Travel (mass affluent and luxury). This role is pivotal in translating our global Travel Proposition into a locally relevant, market-leading offering that delights our members and delivers measurable results for Ten and our clients. As a senior member of the Travel Proposition leadership team, you will manage a team of Partnership Managers across the region whilst role-modelling professionalism, integrity, and inclusive leadership, working as One Team with counterparts in Americas, EMEA and APAC, the global Travel team, and cross-functional leaders. You will take ownership for developing innovative strategies, anticipating potential challenges, and creating contingency plans to ensure successful outcomes. You will foster a culture of open communication, purposeful collaboration, and continuous personal growth, inspiring your team, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and encouraging feedback to strengthen our proposition. By understanding the unique needs of our diverse membership and client base, you will ensure our offering remains relevant, competitive, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the Travel Proposition strategy for LAC in alignment with Ten’s global objectives, ensuring bold, forward-looking strategies for Travel to achieve the right market fit - including content and marketing. • Proposition & Partnerships: Develop and manage a portfolio of Travel partnerships that deliver best-in-market offers and benefits, tailored to the needs of UHNW clients across diverse LAC markets. • Innovation & Engagement: Drive innovation in travel offerings and design impactful campaigns that increase member engagement, requests, and bookings, while clearly communicating value to internal teams and clients. • Collaboration & Integration: Work cross-functionally with global and regional teams to share best practices, strengthen synergies, and ensure seamless integration of travel services into existing delivery mechanisms. • Performance & Team Development: Monitor performance against key metrics (NPS, engagement, commercial targets) to continuously improve propositions. Foster a high-performance culture, providing leadership, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth within the team. • Industry Representation: Represent Ten at industry events and forums, showcasing our thought leadership and strengthening brand presence in the travel space.
