Context and Purpose of the job 

You will join the Visual Merchandising Department of Giorgio Armani. As the Head of Visual Merchandising Retail, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and ensure the consistency of the Giorgio Armani brand’s visual identity across boutiques worldwide, leading your team.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of brand guidelines

  • Lead and coordinate the team

  • Provide global feedback by monitoring visual merchandising executions across boutiques and, when necessary, suggesting corrective actions and improvements.

  • Analyze reports and interpret business data to support decision-making

  • Support the setup and execution of window displays

  • Monitor boutiques through regular store visits

  • Ensure that Retail deadlines are consistently met

  • Collaborate and communicate with various departments, including Visual Design, Marketing, and Merchandising

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in the same role

  • Availability to travel

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Fluency in both Italian and English

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Strong creative sensibility

  • Precision and attention to detail

The base salary range for this position is 70.000 - 90.000 euros, CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.
