Applications are welcome from candidates currently based across Europe who are interested in working on high-profile, mission-critical construction projects. The successful candidates will support the delivery of roofing, cladding, and façade packages on major projects across Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. Working closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring that all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with Crown's industry-leading standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most technically challenging projects while gaining valuable international experience within a fast-growing specialist contractor. Key Responsibilities• Promote and drive a positive health and safety culture across all project teams. • Ensure compliance with local legislation, client requirements, and Crown's health and safety management systems. • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required. • Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ongoing workforce engagement initiatives. • Support project teams in planning works safely and identifying potential hazards before activities commence. • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project-specific health and safety requirements. • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and implementing corrective and preventative measures. • Maintain accurate health and safety records, documentation, and reporting systems. • Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on health and safety matters. • Provide advice and guidance to project management teams on best practice and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support internal and external audits and contribute to the ongoing development of Crown's health and safety standards. • Assist in achieving project and company health and safety objectives while ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
