The HS&P Marketing & Digital Communication Graduate supports the execution of Boston Scientific’s omnichannel strategy across EMEA.

The role focuses on content management, digital execution, and campaign coordination, ensuring consistent, high‑quality messaging across channels and touchpoints.

This graduate role offers hands‑on exposure to omnichannel planning, digital platforms, content lifecycle management, and omnichannel execution within a regulated healthcare environment, contributing to initiatives that support customer engagement and improved patient outcomes.

This Hybrid role will start in June/July and will be based either out of our Madrid or Milan office.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Digital Platforms

• Support the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, from content planning to publishing, updates, and archiving
• Upload, manage, and quality‑check content across Content Management Systems (CMS), intranet pages, web platforms, and digital campaign tools
• Ensure content accuracy, version control, and alignment with brand, legal, and compliance standards
• Coordinate localization of content across countries and languages
• Maintain content trackers, calendars, and repositories to ensure visibility and governance

Digital Campaign Execution & Omnichannel Support

• Assist in the execution of digital and omnichannel initiatives across web, email, and other digital touchpoints
• Support campaign setup, go‑live readiness, and post‑campaign follow‑up activities
• Coordinate with digital and omnichannel teams to ensure content is deployed correctly across platforms

Analytics, Optimization & Ways of Working

• Support basic tracking and reporting of content and campaign performance (e.g. engagement, traffic, adoption)
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries to inform campaign optimization
• Contribute to testing and continuous improvement activities (e.g. message refinement, content optimization)
• Follow Boston Scientific processes, tools, and best practices for IMC and digital execution

What Are We Looking For In You?

•    Bachelor’s or master´s degree in in Marketing or Digital Marketing with an interest in developing within an international company. 
•    Any short previous experience in Marketing roles will be considered a plus. 
•    Fluent Spanish or Italian and English (B2 level or above). 
•    Proactive and postive mindset.
•    Adaptable and fast learner. 
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
