Key Responsibilities:• Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm. • Present, explain, and promote the menu, including specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural context. • Proactively upsell premium dishes, chef’s specials, signature drinks, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue. • Make confident, thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs. • Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and anticipate their needs proactively. • Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. • Embody and express the spirit of the theme through language, tone, energy, and style of service. • Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary options. • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Assist in table setting and resetting according to restaurant standards. • Maintain a clean and organized service area. • Uphold hygiene and grooming standards and wear the designated themed uniform with pride.
