Salary Grade: EGI OR EGII

   

Salary Range: £44,510 - £48,054 OR £49,933 - £53,413 per annum 

   

Working Arrangements: Full Time

    

This is currently a fixed term contract to the end of 2028 but there is a potential to be extended. 

 

To assist in administering the maintenance programme and management for the Committee’s properties and estates, by identifying the work required and arranging/monitoring its implementation.

 

The Housing Inspector has “ownership” of specific areas and tasks designated to them. They manage and organise the work required to a suitable standard and in accordance with best practice, States policies, legislative requirements, and current Health & Safety standards.Please click on the link below to view a full job description for this role.
