HubSpot Administrator

We are hiring a HubSpot Consultant to help improve and scale the way leads are managed across admissions and clinic operations for a U.S.-based university.

This is a hands-on, systems-focused role for someone who is strong in the technical and operational side of HubSpot. The main priority is to make HubSpot run smoothly as a reliable lead management engine, with clean data, effective workflows, and strong integration processes.

Responsibilities• Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, and day-to-day system functionality • Own data hygiene and help ensure lead data remains accurate, organized, and actionable • Support the setup, improvement, and ongoing management of a two-way API connection between HubSpot and Campus Cafe • Help build and improve HubSpot processes for both admissions and clinic lead management • Support the implementation of HIPAA-compliant lead handling processes within HubSpot for clinic-related use cases • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve lead flow, follow-up, and operational efficiency • Help implement additional HubSpot capabilities over time, such as chat, texting campaigns, and other workflow improvements
