Human Capital Manager

- Act as a strategic partner to management on all people-related matters
- Drive and support employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Lead and manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, retention)
- Support managers in performance management and team development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace challenges
- Analyse HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with policies, procedures, and best practices
Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist role within an operational environment
· Experience in unionised environments is an advantage
· Sound knowledge of payroll practices, labour laws, and HR operations
