Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to management on all people-related matters
  • Drive and support employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Lead and manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, retention)
  • Support managers in performance management and team development
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace challenges
  • Analyse HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with policies, procedures, and best practices

Profile:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

·     Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist role within an operational environment

·     Experience in unionised environments is an advantage

·     Sound knowledge of payroll practices, labour laws, and HR operations
