We are looking for Human Resources Executive
Job Summary:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview coordination, and background checks.
- Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle immigration procedures, managing end-to-end foreign worker and expatriate mobility while ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Organize staff engagement activities and manage employee recognition and reward programs.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.
- Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent. Knowledgeable of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Ordinance (Sabah Cap. 67) is an added advantage.
- 2 years Human Resources management experience required preferably in the hospitality industry or minimum 2 years working experience in the same capacity with 4 Star or 5 Star international class hotel.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, HRIS system and online resources.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills with self-motivator, creative and passionate to lead by example.
