Your role in our shared journey

As a Human Resources Trainee, you will follow a learning path where you will learn by doing, collaborating with the Iberia Human Resources team, and gaining hands-on experience across both Wholesale and Retail channels.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Support in Administration (support to the European HQ with new joiners, leavers, contract modification…)
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Retail and Wholesale positions.
Support Health & Safety initiatives and administrative processes.
Provide support in the coordination of local benefits.
Provide support across various HR projects and initiatives.

You have the following experience and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Eligible to be hired under a Spanish "Contrato en Prácticas" (candidates must have graduated within the last three years).
Previous experience in an HR department (minimum 6 months)
Available to start in September 2026.
Available to work full-time.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passionate about sports and living an active lifestyle.
Microsoft Office skills
Organized and rigorous.
