We are looking for Hygiene Manager

As a Hygiene Manager, we rely on you to:

• Ensures all food and beverage served to guests and employees are hygienic and safe to eat
• Ensures that all food-handler employees are properly vaccinated, gone through medical check-up and in observance of all sanitation standards
• Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards throughout the property

We are looking for someone who:

• Mature, physicaly fit, energetic and result-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written english language
• Diploma in Food Safety level education
• HACCP certified
• Exposed to Food Production technology
• Minimum of 2 years experience in food safety / quality industry
• Preferably with Hotel operation experience
• Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
