Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Operations Admin Executive to support sales operations, billing, vendor coordination, and resource management for IT professional services and T&M projects to join our IBM Business Unit, covering accounts in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales operations / admin / PMO support (IT services preferred), with an understanding of the UAE market.

Job Description

Sales & CPQ Support

  • Prepare and submit IBM BU CPQ requests
  • Liese with OEMs and distributors to get SW renewal quotes, convert these into end customer proposal and submit the same to clients for closures.
  • Manage OTS allocation upon receipt of customer LPO / signed contracts
  • Coordinate with HQ Finance on CPQ queries or revisions Vendor & Billing Coordination
  • Issue partner LPOs and coordinate with Finance
  • Track vendor invoices and align payments with customer billing
  • Track billing milestones and customer signoffs for T&M and Support projects Pipeline & Reporting
  • Maintain pipelines, billing trackers, and project milestones
  • Prepare data and coordinate bi-weekly review meetings Resource & Visa Coordination
  • Schedule interviews for resource requirements
  • Collect and verify monthly timesheets and customer approvals
  • Track leaves and arranging backup resources

Coordinate visa applications and related documentation (medicals, contracts, entry/exit

 

Skill

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales operations / admin / PMO support (IT services preferred)
  • Strong coordination skills across Sales, Finance, and Vendors
  • Good Excel and documentation skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
