Job Summary

As a Data &AI Technical Consultant, your purpose is to influence your customer's technical strategies, working to incorporate and embed GBM's Technology OEMs portfolio into their reference architectures, practices, and solutions versus competition. As a deeply technical seller, you'll increase your team’s technical capabilities by enabling the sales and technical sellers to experientially demonstrate GBM’s Technology OEMs’ solutions at scale with the clients. Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. With the primary goal of expanding the capability and capacity of the overall Ecosystem, and depending on the market growth opportunity, you'll cover all or a combination of GBM's 'Build', 'Sell' and 'Service' opportunities.

2. Part technical consultant, you'll build trust, understand the value of our offerings, and co-create solutions that demonstrate the value of our relationship with clients.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. 5–7 years of experience in IT pre-sales preferably in the UAE

3. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

4. Team player with strong collaboration skills 

 

Skill

1. Demonstrable client-facing, deep technical subject matter expertise within Data and AI, with the ability to engage in complex, architectural conversations.

2. Provable excellence with people, communication, and collaboration skills, with a track record of networking and influencing, at all levels, throughout the successful closure of complex technology sales cycles - with and through others (c. $250k - $multi-million deals).

3. Proven discipline and attention to detail with the usage of sales management and recording systems, and expectation setting /follow-up. 

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

A strong understanding of Oracle's product suite. (Full training on IBM and related technologies will be provided)
