Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract an IFRS Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team at Sunlight’s Athens premises. As an IFRS Reporting Analyst you will participate to the preparation of the Financial Reporting Packages and support in the process of consolidating the financial statements of the Group. Key activities and responsibilities of this role include: • Participate in the monthly/quarterly/yearly consolidation process by gathering financial data from various business units/subsidiaries, reviewing financial statements, and support in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (such as Greek GAAP & IFRS) • Prepare of reconciliation and elimination of all intercompany transactions • Support in preparing timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting policies • Participate in conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, analysis of financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other financial metrics • Support in establishing and maintaining effective group’s accounting policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial reporting. Identify and mitigates risks associated with the consolidation and reporting process • Prepare ad-hoc financial decision-making information for senior management • Provide instructions (guidelines) to the subsidiaries controllers on the use and familiarity of consolidation tools (both excel & EPM) and on IFRSs and Group Accounting Policies to ensure compliance
