Responsibilities:: PwC is looking for a seasoned operations professional to join our Advisory practice. You will bridge the gap between traditional industrial operations and the future of sustainable manufacturing. Leveraging your 8+ years of hands-on experience in Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, or FMCG, you will advise C-suite clients on optimizing their assets while integrating New Green Technologies (e.g., Decarbonization, Circular Economy, Hydrogen, and Bio-based processes).

Key Responsibilities: Operational Transformation: Lead end-to-end operational diagnostics to identify inefficiencies in manufacturing processes, yield optimization, and supply chain flow. Green Tech Integration: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for transitioning traditional plants to green alternatives. This includes assessing the feasibility of carbon capture, renewable energy integration, and waste-to-energy systems. Project Leadership: Manage complex advisory workstreams, from initial strategy and techno-economic feasibility studies to the practical "boots on the ground" implementation of process improvements. Client Relationship Management: Build trust with Plant Managers and COO-level stakeholders by demonstrating deep "floor-level" empathy and technical authority. Capability Building: Mentor junior consultants on the technical nuances of process industries (e.g., mass balance, thermal efficiency, and chemical safety).
