Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives and customer value. • Work with agile teams across the full lifecycle (discovery, refinement, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective). • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate business needs into well-structured Epics and User Stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria. • Ensure backlog items meet Definition of Ready standards before sprint planning. • Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning with well-prepared stories. • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity and transparency. • Proactively manage stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and expectation alignment. • Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, QA, and Delivery Managers to ensure feasibility, technical alignment, and quality. • Support product visioning, roadmap alignment, and incremental value delivery. • Ensure traceability from business goals to delivered features. • Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback loops from sprint reviews and retrospectives. • Enable teams to make informed decisions autonomously by providing structured, timely information.
