WHAT YOU'LL DO • Help configure and improve ITSM workflows in Jira Service Management and Confluence • Support the team in managing incident, problem, change, and service requests • Assist in building and maintaining the IT knowledge base and service catalog • Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to document and streamline processes • Learn and explore new features of the Atlassian platform under mentorship • Explore how AI tools (like virtual agents and smart triage) are being used to make ITSM faster and smarter — and help us apply them
