The RoleAs an IT Officer at Rydoo you will ensure your colleagues have the right technology at hands to get the most out of their work. You will be responsible for the smooth running of our software, hardware and IT systems which help create a productive and modern work environment. The role will be based from our Mechelen office yet it is key to create a remote-friendly environment for the dozens of colleagues working from home or in one of our offices in Europe, the Americas and APAC. From there you will take care of the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of client computer systems (mostly MacOS + some Windows devices), and information security systems.
Responsibilities• Ensure the internal IT infrastructure of the enterprise remains up-to-date. • Investigate and analyse network issues, gathering IT usage cases. • Carry out daily configuration and installation of IT solutions, services and laptops. • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness • Manage and resolve employee IT helpdesk requests • Prioritise and act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational efficiency
