IT Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • Support of internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer. • Investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents. • Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate cloud services (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.). • Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate on-premises services (backup, services, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.); • On-call duties (shifts).
