Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager Responsibilities: • Lead project management activities, including defining project strategies, planning, task allocation, and delivery milestones. • Guide project execution and review deliverables to ensure quality and consistency with requirements. • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking progress and providing regular, accurate status reports. • Conduct risk analysis and management, identifying potential issues and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place. • Estimate and monitor project costs, timelines, and resource allocation, taking corrective actions where deviations occur. • Manage change control processes, ensuring that any project adjustments are formally agreed upon with stakeholders. • Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements. • Document and model business processes, perform cost-benefit analyses, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency. • Participate in functional and technical working groups, as well as project progress meetings. • Oversee system management activities where required, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with project goals. • Manage problem reporting and tracking systems, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders as needed. • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
