Responsibilities• Lead government digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation • Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies promptly • Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet government standards and client expectations • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and government representatives • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies tailored for government projects • Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
