IT Project Manager - Intranet & Digital Workplace

We are looking for an IT Project Manager - Intranet & Digital Workplace to join our team and lead the delivery of a major enterprise intranet and digital workplace initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for creating structure, driving project execution, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality targets. The assignment involves close collaboration between business, IT, external suppliers, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities• Lead and drive IT projects and assignments in close collaboration with the project organisation • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and delivery plans • Monitor and report project status, financials, risks, and decision points • Prepare documentation and decision material for steering committees and management groups • Lead and coordinate project teams, including external suppliers and development teams • Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers • Coordinate procurement activities and supplier dialogues • Plan testing, acceptance, deployment, and implementation activities • Plan and drive communication, training, and change management activities • Share knowledge and experience with other Project Managers and IT stakeholders
