We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Engineer to join a high-visibility global operations team supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure and mission-critical environments.

In this role, you will play a key part in:
✔️ Major Incident & Problem Management
✔️ ITSM / ITIL operations excellence
✔️ Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
✔️ AI-driven automation initiatives
✔️ Operational analytics and continuous improvement
✔️ Cross-functional coordination with engineering, architecture, and leadership teams

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years supporting IT Operations in large-scale enterprise environments

• Strong background in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network Operations

• Experience with ITIL / ITSM practices:

  • Major Incident Management
  • Problem Management (RCA)
  • Change Management
  • Availability & Service Level Management

• Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty, xMatters, and PowerBI

• Strong understanding of AI & Automation within IT Operations environments

• Ability to lead high-pressure incident bridges and communicate with executive stakeholders

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages is a plus

• Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills
