IT Service Management Trainee

• Provide Level 1 support for ITSM tools and the ERP system, including initial triage, ticket logging, and basic issue resolution. • Manage the product catalog within the ERP system, including adding new items, updating existing entries, categorizing products, and identifying/merging duplicates. • Oversee MSP contracts by tracking renewals in the system, managing notifications, monitoring usage, and generating contract-related reports. • Generate internal and external reports as needed to support operations, compliance, and decision-making.
