We are now seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Global IT team, based in Spain, supporting local and remote users across the business. This is a hands on, customer focused role that plays a critical part in delivering reliable, high quality IT support and contributing to continuous improvement across our IT services.

About the Role

The IT Support Specialist is a key front line role within Global IT, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to Vinarchy employees. Reporting to the Client Services Lead, this role is responsible for resolving user issues, managing incidents and requests, and ensuring a positive end user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Acting as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems
•    Managing the user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and access management across enterprise platforms
•    Providing desktop and end user computing support, including device setup, configuration, troubleshooting and SOE builds
•    Supporting business applications and resolving data or system issues using appropriate diagnostic tools
•    Managing incidents through to resolution, including escalation, stakeholder communication and root cause analysis
•    Supporting critical incidents, following established guidelines and providing regular updates until closure
•    Building and imaging laptops and desktops using Vinarchy’s Standard Operating Environment
•    Maintaining accurate documentation, knowledge articles and incident records to support service improvement
•    Collaborating with IT peers, vendors and project teams on broader IT initiatives and improvements
•    This role operates in a global environment, with occasional after hours support and collaboration across time zones.

Experience and Capability

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

•    2+ years’ experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk or IT Support environment
•    Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, desktop builds, imaging and patching
•    Experience supporting Active Directory, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, and basic network troubleshooting
•    Exposure to ITSM tools, incident management processes and SLA driven environments
•    Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non technical users
•    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
•    A proactive, solution focused mindset with a willingness to improve processes and ways of working
•    A collaborative approach, contributing positively to team knowledge sharing and service improvement
•    A tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or similar) is desirable but not essential.
