• Professional IT certifications are preferred (not mandatory) • Basic knowledge of: Laptop maintenance and repair,Handling computers and printers ,Operating systems and technical troubleshooting • Willingness to learn and develop skills • Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure • Provide technical support to users • Diagnose and resolve technical issues • Perform hardware maintenance and follow up on device issues
