Regional D&T Supply Chain Business Solution

Roles & Responsibilities 

 

    1. Strategy & Orchestration
  • Co-shape the Supply Chain D&T agenda with business and regional leaders.
  • Deliver the digital strategy and roadmaps for Supply Chain function together with Global and OpCo teams.
  • Support OpCos on Strategic Plan and Annual Plan aligning the global D&T strategy with the regional priorities.
  • Accelerate the simplification of local IT landscape having clear plans for decommissioning and standardization of our IT architecture.
  • Track the D&T spend (change, run, global fees) of its functions across OpCos pushing for optimisation and agreeing targets to be achieved.
  • Provide guidance and support for OpCos on Global D&T solutions for respective functions domain.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and external technology partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage strategic vendor and partners in the region.
  • Drive digital innovation and experimentation.
  • Provide strategic insights for optimization opportunities.

 

    1. Digital & Tech activities
  • Oversee and ensure success of priority programmes in the region through influencing, collaboration and orchestration of different players involved from OpCos and/or Centre
  • Support identify and implement D&T Hub opportunities in the region
  • Bring outside-in digital transformation and solutions perspectives and innovations

 

    1. Leadership and Personnel Management
  • Ambassador of the D&T global strategy bringing OpCo teams together through storytelling
  • Increase collaboration, share and re-apply of best practices and solutions within and from other regions
  • Constructively contribute/challenge Global D&T strategies and solutions on behalf of the OpCos

 

 

Experience & Profile

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years in IT management roles.
  • Deep understanding of digital supply chain domains.
  • Strong project delivery, planning and change management skills
  • Experience using data, metrics and KPIs for decision making
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven strategic thinking
  • Possess digital and innovative mindset, knowledge base, and experience that goes beyond simple awareness
  • Experience with Agile ways of working
  • Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business
