IT/OT Support Specialist (Onsite, Ljubljana, Slovenian/English, Field Service)

Responsibilities • Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment • Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams • Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks) • Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments • Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based) • Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures • Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
