Location 

Itinerant 50% minimum in France -  Position based close to the office in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole

 

Position Summary

Assist in the development of the company's Services activity in conjunction with the sales teams and customers, in order to guarantee operational and commercial performance as well as customer satisfaction in line with the commercial strategy established by the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

Audits/Measurements

  • Perform compressed air quality analyses at customers' sites, in accordance with current standards.
  • Install, parameterize and use measuring instruments dedicated to the control of compressed air (particles, humidity, oil).
  • Carry out sampling and measurements in real operating conditions, directly in the air networks of industrial sites.
  • Strictly apply control protocols, verify facility compliance and detect potential risks.
  • Analyze and interpret the data collected, determine the quality class achieved according to the standard.
  • Drafting of reports including results, conclusions and possible recommendations.

 

Additional responsibilities (as the department evolves)

After-sales Service

  • Receive customer service telephone requests for a pre-diagnosis for an intervention if necessary
  • Provide prevention, information and recommendations to customers. You are a source of proposals for after-sales service and make recommendations adapted to the customer's needs.
  • Manage troubleshooting priorities
  • Draw up after-sales service intervention reports

 

Installations/Commissioning of equipment

  • Coordinate the installation and commissioning of PARTENAIR products at customers' sites in conjunction with the various internal departments, subcontractors and customers
  • Provide technical training of our products to customers (mastery of the product range)

 

Security

  • Respecting and enforcing safety rules

 

Relationship with other departments: All departments of the company

Relations with external organizations: Distributors, direct customers, suppliers, subcontractors

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 / 5 years of experience as a field technician and subcontractor management
  • The job requires knowledge of BTS maintenance level
  • This position is open to people with disabilities.

 

Key Competencies

Technical skills:

  • Technical knowledge of compressors and/or air treatment
  • Use of analytical instruments used in compressed air control.
  • Ability to work in a variety of industrial environments, with an understanding of operational constraints.
  • Absolute rigour in the measurements, strict compliance with protocols.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment, strict compliance with HSE rules.
  • Mastery of the company's IT tools (Office Pack, Outlook, SAP, etc.)
  • Reading of plans and/or technical diagrams
  • Detecting the origin of a failure
  • Diagnosing a malfunction of industrial equipment
  • Technical assistance to customers

 

Languages:

French: mother tongue

English: Business, B1 level required
